Johnny Depp Portrait

I think this is my favorite picture that I have created yet! Hope all you guz enjoy my "fine arts"...tee-hee-hee, jk! I got the inspiration for this painting by Chuck Close. It's the making of a grid over a pictrue and painting the picture onto the canvas. It's very easy. I use ink for all of my Chuck close paintings. The thing is, up close to the paintings they don't look so hot, but when you step further away, the image becomes more clear. My paintings are still different than Chuck close's. He would make some of his paintings over two stories high and each one took him a few years to complete, mine only took me a few weeks. The only thing that gets me frustrated is that when I make a mistake with ink, it's most likely permanent.
